If you’re staying along 30A this month and want a night off the beach, ECTC’s The 39 Steps is a short drive west at Grand Boulevard. The theatre bills it as a fast-paced farce inspired by Hitchcock’s classic, following Richard Hannay as he’s mistaken for a murderer and chased across Britain.
The show closes October 25. Sunday 2 p.m. matinees let you be back on 30A before sunset.
