October 19, 2026
When: Friday, November 27, 2026, the day after Thanksgiving. The movie starts at 7 p.m., weather permitting.
Where: Seaside Amphitheater, Central Square, Seaside
Film: The Grinch (the Jim Carrey version)
Seaside opens its holiday weekend with a Black Friday movie under the stars. Bring blankets and chairs to the amphitheater lawn for the live-action Grinch. The next evening, Seaside hosts its Holiday Parade and Turn on the Town on November 28, so families staying on 30A can make a two-night holiday outing of it.
Before you make the drive: we confirmed this listing on the SEASIDE® events calendar on October 19, 2026, ten days after Hurricane Isaias came ashore near Destin. A few South Walton beach accesses and amenities are still being repaired, so confirm with the organizer before you go.
